Duplicate BSID's from two Production Instances of CPQ

hello,

there is a possibility that for a period of time company will have two Production instances of Oracle CPQ integrating to one SAP system.

can you advise how Buy-Side ID's are generated?

and how likely is it that duplicate BSID 's could be generated for order transactions from the two production instances?
