Confirm Sequencing Rules learner verbiage based on the 3 dropdown choices

Summary:

When a second or third activity is added to an Offering (or Specialization), there are three choices:

Learner Can Access Activity:

  1. Anytime
  2. After Completing prior activity
  3. After Completing Specific Activity


If I set up an Offering with three activities. the first is Accessible Anytime, the second is Accessible after completing prior activity, and the third is also set up as Accessible after completing prior activity. Then the learner sees:

  • Activity 1: Accessible Anytime
  • Activity 2: Accessible After Completing the Preceding Activity
  • Activity 3: Accessible After Completing the Preceding Activity

However, if I setup an Offering with three activities, this time the first remains
