Summary:

While searching POs by Project number, Project LOV don't have closed projects data. Requirement is to search POs by project number (open/closed). Restriction of closed project numbers while creating/changing Req/PO is acceptable scenario. However, If we want to get list of PO(s) of a closed project then we need the value in project LOV. Please advise.
