How do I pull a report of the Analysis Report Criteria that has been enabled for all Learners?

I have multiple Computer-Based Training courses that are being auto-assigned from Analysis Report Criteria. My Senior Leaders have asked for a single report of "all training that is required of our employees" and "what parameters are pulling those employees into training requirements". I've searched the Subject Areas pertaining to Learning, and do not see any that are focused on Analysis Report filters.
