Restrict seniority date split

Summary:

We have setup seniority at Person -Level & Enterprise - Attribute and marked it as Cumulative - Yes.

Ideally we shall have just 1 row of seniority for an employee within the same enterprise as the person is working for the same enterprise (regardless of any number of termination & rehire).

After rehire, we are seeing a split.

How can we restrict seniority date split even after rehire?
