We have COGS account mapped with Sales order type and DCOGS based on Order line type. We have 6-7 sales order types and each mapped to a COGS account.
We need Deferred RMA and RMA Gain/ Loss account same as the DCOGS and COGS accounts respectively so that the recognized cost of goods sold is offset on sales return. When RMA created and costed it's not picking the DCOGS & COGS account used in the referenced sales order costing. For RMA receipt and RMA recognition we have used the same mapping set for sales order types. We don't want to create 7 RMA types against 7 sales order types, each corresponding to 1 sales order type. Why not the the DCOGS and COGS accounts is derived for Deferred RMA
