Absence Plan Accruals are calculated differently for different Implementation user log ins.

Example:

User 1 has HR Specialist Data role + other roles : Accrual Plan ‘Annual Leave’ values getting calculated correctly before and after proration date for Sep2023 Mid-Month proration.

But for User 2 has HR Specialist Data role : Accrual plan ‘Annual Leave’ values getting calculated wrongly. For the whole of Sep2023 month pre proration value is getting calculated.

As per my understanding since both the users have HR Specialist role, accrual should be calculated the same way.
