Need help to send email notification when the status changes to "closed" for TM reconciliation

Summary:

Need suggestion in sending reconciliation status "closed" email notification to users. Data from source gets loaded to a Balance comparison TM reconciliation/profile every day and there are 6 data sources defined with 3 match processes (2 data source for each match process as source system and sub-system).

Debit and credit transactions are loaded separately against each Data Source so there are total 12 data loads (Data Load Rule) happening through Data Management/Exchange. 

We also have Auto Submit and Auto Approve reconciliation rules created with the filter condition -> "source & sub system less unmatched" And "Source & sub system less unmatched supported" And "Less matched in-transit" equals 0 to change the reconciliation status to "Closed"
