Summary:

Today we are creating ECO (external PLM System) to ECO in Oracle R12. What is the best practice to create an ECO of an external system into Oracle Cloud PD?

Options

ECO (external PLM System) to CO in PD

OR

ECO(external PLM System) to NIR in PD

Did any one create ECO to NIR? is that a technically feasible solution . If we want to move completely to initiate a Change Order in PD will that support

Change Order to initiate a NIR with in PD? - My understanding is CO and NIR are mutually exclusive workflow's
