Tenancy details are FAILED and the resource cannot be accessed
I am using a free account.
Suddenly, my tenant details have FAILED and I cannot access the resource.
The instance is not accessible from the console or the internet, but it seems to be still running as I receive notifications for cron tasks.
I fear that the cron task, which I have no control over, will keep running.
I would like the instance to be stopped, even if the account (tenancy) cannot be restored.
As it is a free account, I sent a message to the live chat and was directed to this forum.
Is there a solution to this problem?
