To implement Sick and Safe leaves for states, cities and counties in the US as per the legislative requirement , need some inputs on absence to payroll integration ,what type of absence element secondary classification to choose and also and what are the element rate considerations (is it a regular salary rate to consider or any other rate factors to consider for pay calculation) , also what tax method to choose (regular/supplemental) for sick and safe paid leaves.
