Pipeline Limitation - Combination of Static and Substitution Variables

Hello,

When submitting a Pipeline with a combination of static and substitution variables, say StartPeriod of Jan-23 and EndPeriod of &SubVar(Value is another period), the Pipeline will only run for the period defined in the substitution variable.

If you submit will all static or all substitution variables the Pipeline runs as expected.

Could not find any documentation around this situation. Wondering if as designed or possible bug.
