Supply Chain Cost Roll-up in 23D

Summary:

We are a manufacturing company with different BOM levels in the Supply chain being manufactured in different organizations. We intend to perform Supply chain Cost roll-up utilizing BOMs/ Work definitions that are setup in these different organizations.

We are implementing Supply Chain Cost Roll-up functionality released as part of 23D. To make it work, it requires us to setup Sourcing Rules (Make at/ Buy From/ Transfer Form) and assign them to a Global assignment set that can be used while performing Supply chain cost roll-up.

Sourcing rules page setup is available under 'Supply Planning'. I assigned myself all the required roles for Supply planning but still don't get to see the 'Supply Planning' in my springboard.
