We would like to experiment the creation of the NON-Operational Rate Records using the Rate Load APIs.

It would be super helpful to know, if anyone has successfully used the Rate Load REST APIs to stage Non operational rates.

If so, Would you please share the sample REST API w/ sample data to create them?

The documentation unfortunately does not have enough details to go with yet.

[In another post, we were told that there is no way to directly create operational Rate Records using the the REST API and hence choosing the Non-Operational option. ]
