Position LOV empty after running ingest process (DEV pod)

Summary:

The Position LOV on RUX pages, such as Transfer, are empty ('No suggestions to display') after running the ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS job, in our DEV5 pod. I ran it again with the parameter fa-hcm-position , but the LOV is still empty.

Oracle Search is properly setup.

This appears to be affecting Location and Department, too. The above process was run for fa-hcm-job , fa-hcm-location, fa-hcm-department, and fa-hcm-person, with no errors.
