All active Control Budgets are not showing in GL_BUDGETS_BALANCES

Summary:

We have control budgets defined and the balances are also uploaded, but when I check the GL_BUDGET_BALANCES table not showing the control budget showing, I can see one control budget but not the recently and new control budget created in Budgetary Control. Please suggest on this.
