Voice Picking Integration

I am looking at possible voice picking functionality to be used in conjunction with Oracle WMS.

I have looked on Oracle support and noted that Vocollect by Honeywell can be integrated using standard APIs. I cannot find any information about other providers which could be used but wondered if: a) there were other providers which can integrate and b) do they also use the standard WMS APIs?
