EPM Integration Agent: Connection Timed out
We are currently facing an issue at the client side with the EPM integration Agent. When attempting to connect to the cloud we are getting the "connection time out issue".
The current setup / status:
- The client uses a Proxy in simple auth mode.
- All the ports and URL have been allowed for the correct communication to the EPM Cloud.
- We are able to connect to EPM Cloud both via browser and EPM Automate.
- We have tried all the possible combinations of "CUSTOM_JAVA_OPTIONS" from the Oracle Documentation (for testing purpose) but without success.
- We have an ongoing SR, but it seems taking longer than we were expecting.
