We are looking at how we can record what access employees need to various systems, not just Oracle, and what access to drives and active directory groups are required. We would like to hold this information in Oracle so that when people change jobs, or are recruited the correct access can be given. There are so many potential combinations that we cannot think of a way in which we could hold this against a position in flexfields. The only way that we can think of which is not ideal is if we hold the information in SharePoint
