Unable to add a hyperlink in New user account creation (Welcome Email)

Summary:

Hi,

We have a requirement to embed a hyperlink in the New user account creation (welcome email) notification. When we try to do that, we are getting the link as normal text and not as Hyper link. should we use any syntax to convert the URL to a hyperlink? Any input will be highly appreciated.
