Exit Interview - Reporting
Can we report exit interview responses on a terminated employee

We plan to use exit interviews as part of offboarding and have used the questionnaires to set this up.
Employees can access this questionnaire and provide their response as part of their exit process, but wanted to know if we can report these responses say 5-10 years after the employee has left the organization and/or after the checklist is archived and purged?
Also, want to check on the advantages of using Questionnaires over Configurable Forms for this requirement.
