Transfer Order Logical Receipt Account rule not working for Receiving Inspection

Summary:

We have created an Account rule to source the 'Transfer Order Charge account' for the one of the Segment value and mapped to the Event 'Transfer Order Logical Receipt' and 'Transfer Order Logical Deliver' for the Receiving Inspection Class.

Its working as expected for 'Transfer Order Logical Deliver' but not working for 'Transfer Order Logical Receipt'. The account rule is same for both the events.
