How do you compare Accounts between Fusion and FCC?

Summary:

Fusion has Accounts without prefix

For example, 1010000

FCC has Accounts with prefix

For example, AC_1010000

I've created an Account View with two View Points (Fusion Account, FCC Account) and also created a converter so that when I create a new request to bring Account over from Fusion to FCC, it will prefix AC_.

My question is how do you compare Account between these two systems where the format is different?
