Defaulting Payroll frequecy erroring out when doing mass legal employer change

Hi Experts!

We had recently created an autocomplete rule to default payroll frequency when doing hire, add a pending worker and global transfer by making the payroll details section as well as 'ADD' button mandatory via design studio. And it was working fine as expected. But when we did a mass legal employer change it erroring out saying an issue with the created rule. I couldn't find an action or anything of that sort to tie it to mass legal employer change. We tried several methods by adding the payroll frequency manually as well as not providing it while doing the transaction
