90 Day New Hire Turnover

Summary: Trying to properly capture 90 day new hire turnover. Looking back 90 days from the day the report is run (today).

Currently using Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Event Real Time subject area as this metric would need to be on a dashboard that is run at the end of each month. Prompts of the dashboard are as follows:

There's a filter on Termination Headcount

Calculating the 90 Day New Hire Turnover % as follows:

Then as a filter on the dashboard itself, using this formula

The turnover % looks almost right, but it's taking into account only those employees who were hired and term'd within the last 90 days vs. their length of service time (hire date - term date) that falls within the last 90 days, so the business is saying it's calculating incorrectly and should be higher.
