Greetings!
There is a new feature added in 23D as "Filtered List"-
You can use the Filtered Lists feature to create filtered lists and apply user-defined conditions on them. Use the lists to perform various tasks in HCM applications.

Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Common 23D What's New
We were able to create the Filtered List but there is no clarity on usage of the same.
There is no "Export" option once we see the data based on those filtered list criteria.
There is no option to reuse this "filtered" in any other place on other UI to act as an additional filter.
