creating components progmatically

Summary:

Hi,

I have a use case where I need to create LOV component progmatically with data assigned to it depending on the number of elements in an array. Max this array will have only 3 elements in it.

ex, I have an array with 2 elements array['Dept,'Emp'], then I need to create 2 LOV components, one with Dept list of values and other with Emp list of values and show it on UI.

Is it possible to achieve this use case? Need some guidance how to achieve this.
