Work Schedule not displayed correctly in Availability Calendar

We’ve a scenario (attached) where when you look at the calendar it is showing “normal working hours” rather than the actual work schedule itself. This seems to mean that the colleague can’t book the correct hours on a particular day. 

Has anyone come across this issue. If so, any resolution please.
