Does OTBI Scheduler return report in non-English?

Summary:

When we run OTBI in UI, it returns a report with all the colums in Japanese as we set the language preference to Japanese. However, when OTBI scheduler runs, those colums (such as Order, Line, etc.) are shown in English regardless the language preference. Does OTBI scheduler provide multi-language support?
