User needed to create withholding tax invoices automatically, but the Tax Invoice Creation Point option was not set. It was empty.

Now this option is set to Invoice (10/18/2023), and WTH invoices are being created automatically correctly since then.

But, what about the WTH invoices that should have been generated before changing option to Invoice?

How can we generate this invoices manually?
