Labels in pdf reports are not visible

Summary:

In FreeForm and Narrative reporting applications when viewing reports in pdf mode, some labels of vertical bars disappear. In HTML view these are visible. Oracle support advised to reduce font size of labels. However even after reducing it to a size which is no longer readable, labels are still missing.
