How Can we apply adjustment from Line EFF value?

Summary:

Hi Team,

We are not using Price List to maintain Item prices, rather we are getting the price from source system in Line EFF and overriding the base price with that.

We can not use FreezePrice=Y because of we do not want to stop order price modifications further.

We have multiple charges to be applied to the list price, which should not be a part of NET PRICE(Line).

Hence want to apply price adjustments from Line Level EFF value. e.g. If Line EFF "Core Charge" is having value=10, then a Markup_amount of adjustment needs to be added as a separate charge.
