How to report on reverse termination?

Summary:

Trying to report on reverse termination, but I get no results

We are sruggling to document reverse terminations performed by our costumers in HCM, since in the transaction console, both 'Termination' and 'Reverse termination' is listed as a Termination. Therefore, I am looking to potentially build an OTBI analysis to report on how often terminations are reveresed. But whenever I choose  add a filter on the action code "reverse termination" i get no results. Does anyone know how to report on the reversion of terminations?
