How do you mass download document of records for an employee?

Summary:

Currently unable to download all document of record items for employees.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We have the download button and are able to produce a .zip file, but all items in the document of record do not cross over to the .zip file.

As you can see from the screenprints below, the job description is uploaded to the document of record, but it does not produce in the .zip file.

I followed the below steps found in another article, but they were unsuccessful.
