The User Name in the User Access Certification is not pulling the Uernames

We have both Employees as well as application Users, for Access Certification BI Report, the Subject Area associated with the Access Certification(Risk Management Cloud - Access Certification Real Time), gives a field called username (under the Access Certification Details), but this username is not accurate in case the user has a worker record. If the User has a worker record, this field pulls in the Display Name, while if there is no employee record then this field will pick up the Username.
