Category Hierachy Tables

Summary:

We have a catalog created in PIM with Hierarchy levels, Category Parent 1, Category Parent 2, and so on up to the leaf level that is assigned to the item. 

The client requires building a report to know from the last level (leaf) the category codes of the parent levels. What table should be consulted to obtain these parent values?
