UOM given is weeks however its including weekends

Summary:

We had setup a new absence type with min limit of 1 weeks and a max of 7 Weeks.

This absence type has setup UOM in Weeks.

This absence type isnt enabled for non work scheduling days

When employee apply leave ,it shows in decimals and counts weekends as well. Is there a way to exclude weekends from the count?
