Oracle WMS accepting Sales Order lines with type as Bill only and add Freight charges to it

Does Oracle WMS allows Bill Only Order lines to be interfaced from OM to WMS.

Is there any restriction at WMS in processing Bill Only lines interfaced from OM.

WMS needs to add Freight charges to this Bill Only lines
