We want to inactivate one of our Legal Entity (no active employees are tagged) following below steps:

1. go to Setup and Maintenance → search Legal Entities task → search the legal employer → select Legal Employer check, if it is unchecked as of now → keep start date and end date as same → Save and Close.

2. go to My Client Groups → Manage Legal Entity HCM Information → search the legal employer→ open it and click on Done.

3. logout and login again

4. now the current legal employer should be inactive .
