Pipeline File Operations - Disappears after set up and first execution

Summary:

We are using Pipeline to DELETE a file in POD2, download a file from POD1 and to upload into POD2. It executes for first time but when we close and open it immediately or after some time, the operations DELETE and Download/upload i.e. the ones that are set disappears. Will be unable to rely upon in real-time then as this may cause the failure anytime.
