Employment Contract Functionality

Summary:

HCM User Guide https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/human-resources/23d/fawhr/using-global-human-resources.pdf doesn't provide the following information and needed how others are implementing the following while using contracts.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

  1. When an Employee is hired and contract information is entered along with Duration via "Hire an Employee" Responsive UI screen, neither the projected end date nor the termination date are migrated to Assignment and Work Relationship respectively
  2. Once the contract is ended, employee is not being terminated
  3. If the employee is terminated, Contract is not ending
  4. For a terminated employee, extending the contract before or after termination isn't populating or changing the Termination Date on the work relationship
