How to keep the content of a Text component unchanged in the external Supplier Registration Page?

Content in the text component would be reset to "Enter your text here" when refreshing the page. How to fix this?

In the Address Page, our customer would like to add a text to provide instruction to Vendor, asking them to type in the value of the "Address Type" (originally Address Name) as they expected.

So we added a text component above the "Address Type" field to explain the same. But the expected text only displays when we first open the Address window, and then it will be reset to "Enter your text here" after we close the same window and open it again (for example, create one more new address, or edit the existing address).
