how to add Two or More Races - ethnicity using HDL
Summary:
According to the EEO-1 list of valid values for a person to select for their ethnic origin, we have all appearing in Oracle HCM except I don't see one called "Two or More Races". Do you know if that is something we just have to activate? In EBS, there are 4 people with a value of "Multiple Ethnicities" that I assume I will convert to the "Two or More Races" on the data loader that I'm nearly finished building for the ethnicity upload for close to 900 people total.
I didn't want to add "Two or More Races" value for the 4 people if it could cause a data loader error.
