Can I look up all the contact fields in the Eloqua instance using the Bulk API?

I want to extract all contact fields in Eloqua Instance through REST API.

By the way, there are about 200 contact fields configured in the current instance, so I think I need to use the Bulk API, which Bulk API should I use to extract all the field values stored in the contact field?

I need to extract all the contact fields that each email field has.
