Ago Function not working in OTBI

Summary:

We trying to use AGO function for Previous Year Actuals Column in OTBI General Ledger - Balances Real Time. But report is showing null values in Previous Year Actuals and Previous Forecast columns.

AGO(FILTER("Balances"."Ending Balance" USING (DESCRIPTOR_IDOF("General Ledger - Balances Real Time"."Scenario"."Scenario") = 'Actual')), "Time"."Fiscal Year Number", 1)

If anyone face similar type of issue in OTBI, please guide me.
