Summary: Export of Project or Integration fails with 'failed to download artifacts'

Tried to export project (and integration) from OIC designer , but failed with message 'failed to download artifacts of project xxxxxxx' .

The OIC user has ServiceAdministrator role. what other roles/setup required ? . No OAUTH enabled on OIC but only basic AUTH
