My Negotiations display RFQ which i'm not the owner

Under Procurement > Negotiations , My Negotiations infolet displays RFQ of other owners (it seems if user is the member of the RFQ, then user will have those RFQ under their My Negotiations infolet).

Eg: there are RFQ pending award, user click the pie chart and it brings all RFQ pending award. Those RFQ do not belong to the user.

Anyway to customize the infolet to display only RFQ belongs to the owner only?
