Add multiple records from a CDO to an Email

Is there a way to pull multiple records from a CDO to an email for each contact in the CDO?

For example, if I'm in a CDO with 5 rows of data for who my instructor is going to be, what classes I'm in, the location of the class, class times etc., how can I pull all those into an email from a CDO?

We thought about just creating fields in the CDO for each instructor/class and having multiple merges in the email but there were too many combinations and we don't want to create 50+ fields and field merges.

I found the apps below but I'm reaching out to see if Eloqua can do this out of the box?
