De allocate inventory permisson only works in Reserve inventory but not in IB LPNs screen

Summary:

Hello team,

Despite of having the Deallocate button in IBLPNs screen and Reserve Invetory UI, it will only be activated in Reserve Inventory once you give access to an EMPLOYEE role user.

Which is the constrain to do not have this button enable in both screens?
