How to set Bulk API?

I'm inquiring about the account API because I need advice.

*Current Status: 

We save and manage the company's information in the Eloqua account, and create(/api/REST/1.0/data/account) or update(/api/REST/1.0/data/account/{id}) account information every day. (100,000 cases per day)

*Contact Us:

As you know, the above Create and Update API can only be processed one by one. I called the API 100,000 times to process 100,000 to 200,000 cases every day, so I asked because it took a long time and seemed inefficient.

I think there is a way to handle it with bulk, is there any way you can advise?
